स्त्रीमुद्रां कुसुमायुधस्य जयिनं सर्वार्थसंपत्करींये मूढाः प्रविहाय यान्ति कुधियो मिथ्याफलान्वेषिणःते तेनैव निहत्य निर्दयतरं नग्नीकृता मुण्डिताःकेचित्पञ्चशिखीकृताश्च जटिलाः कापालिकाश्चापरे ॥७९॥strīmudrāṃ kusumāyudhasya jayinaṃ sarvārthasaṃpatkarīṃye mūḍhāḥ pravihāya yānti kudhiyo mithyāphalānveṣiṇaḥte tenaiva nihatya nirdayataraṃ nagnīkṛtā muṇḍitāḥkecitpañcaśikhīkṛtāśca jaṭilāḥ kāpālikāścāpare ||79||
Translation
Those fools of misdirected intellects (according to the ignorant) - who reject Manmatha’s (one who has the flower-bow) ‘woman-emblem’ which always brings victory and all prosperities; and go after false fructifications (liberation)- get punished by him cruelly, and wander naked (Digambaras); or with shaven heads (recluses). Some remain as bachelors (PanchaShikies/Brahmachaaris); some have matted hair; some hold skull-bowls. ॥ 79 ॥
