Translation

Life is as fleeting as the waves rising in the waters. The splendor of youth shines only for a few days. All prosperities are just flashing thoughts. The continued experiences of pleasures are flashing lightning streaks of the monsoon. The beloved’s tight embrace around the neck also does not stay for long. Therefore hey men, contemplate on the Supreme Self in order to cross over the ocean of mundane existence. ॥ 36 ॥
