Translation

Established in which (Self) state, the positions of Brahmaa, Indra including the group of Marut-Gods are looked upon with contempt as equal to a piece of grass; by tasting which, all the wealth and enjoyments of the tri-worlds and kingdoms appear disgusting; that indescribable experience of bliss is the most excellent of all and shines forth continuously. Hey Good man! Do not be attracted to other pleasures got through the senses! ॥ 40 ॥
